Managed phone systems for healthcare

The BAA is signed before your first call.

A dedicated, HIPAA-ready phone system for your practice. We port the numbers you already give out, build your call flow, and bill you one all-in price — month to month.

Why practices choose us

Built for a small practice, not scaled down to one.

The same people build your system, port your numbers, and answer when you call. That's the whole company — no tier of support you have to escalate past to reach someone who can actually help.

HIPAA-ready, BAA included

We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice, on every plan. No upgrade required, no separate product, no sales call to unlock it.

Your own private phone system

Each practice runs on a fully isolated, dedicated instance. Your call data, voicemail, and configuration never share space with another business.

We handle the move

We port your existing numbers and set everything up for you. You keep the numbers your patients already have; nothing goes dark during the switch.

One all-in price

The price on the rate card is the price on your bill. No regulatory recovery fees or per-line surcharges stacked on afterward.

Month to month

No multi-year contracts and no early termination penalty. Stay because the phones work, not because you're locked in.

A real person

Direct, hands-on support from the same people who built and run your system. You are not filing a ticket into a queue.

Switching

Your current phones keep working the entire time.

Porting is the part practices worry about most. It runs in a fixed order, and you stay on your old service until the last step.

  1. We confirm your numbers

You tell us which numbers you need to keep. We gather the few details the port requires.

  2. You sign the BAA and the port authorization

Two documents. The letter of authorization is what lets us request your numbers from your current carrier.

  3. We build your system

Extensions, call flow, voicemail, and fax are configured and tested while your existing service runs untouched.

  4. Cutover day

Your numbers move over, we test every path together, and we walk your staff through the new phones.

On compliance

What we're responsible for, and what stays with you.

We provide a HIPAA-ready deployment and sign a BAA as your Business Associate. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility — practice-side policies, staff training, and access procedures remain yours.

We're glad to walk your compliance officer through exactly how the system is secured, before you commit to anything.

Tell us the numbers you need to keep.

That's the whole first conversation. We'll tell you what switching would cost and how long the port will take — no obligation, and no pressure to decide on the call.
